Two Syrian citizens and a Russian military were killed in an accident on the Al-Cadmus-Banias highway , while 7 others, including 2 Russian military, were injured in an accident on the Al-Cadmus-Baniyas highway in the province of Tartus.
In an interview with the SANA agency correspondent, the Tartus police chief said that two women were killed as a result of a collision of a Russian military vehicle with a minibus.
According to him, the cause of the accident could be a high speed or technical malfunction of the Russian car.
