The brave Colonel Ahmed Youssef Ibrahim was working secretly as an infiltrated agent
in Jisr al-Shughour and other areas of the occupied Idlib. He had succeeded to penetrate the ranks of the terrorist organisation Hay’at Tahrir al–Sham (HTS /ex-Jabhat al Nusra-The Front of Victory) , the Syrian branch of al Qaida.
As an infiltrated element , he provided to the Syrian Arab army and to the Allied Forces, dozens of coordinates of the headquarters, concentrations and positions of the terrorist groups present in Idleb. Thus, he helped Syrian and Russian aircrafts to hit the centers and convoys of the terrorists and avoid blind raids that could provoke death of civilians.
On 29 of April, he was executed by Hay’at Tahrir al–Sham (ex-Jabhad al Nusra) and his execution was spread in the media of the terrorists. His execution came after a series of heavy blows that the terrorist centres received and the organisation understood his role.
Thanks to his integrity and dedication to serve his homeland Syria, the air bombardments were accurate and also many information were transmitted about the tactics of the mercenaries.
He remained brave until his last moment…
He was executed in public with another civilian with the charge of collaboration with the Syrian state.
