At 11.03 this morning, a syrian warplane L39, during  a mission in southern Idlib against armed terrorist organizations,  was hit by a missile fired by the Turkish  forces, which led to its fall in the area northwest of Ma`rat al-Numan

The aircraft was hit by an air-to-air missile fired by a Turkish F16 aircraft. The Turkish F16, had not violated the Syrian airspace but fired the missile with a range capable of shooting it down.

At the moment, we know that one Syrian pilot used the parachute mechanism,  although  the pictures show him dead…
Turkey’s defense ministry tweeted that its forces had shot down a Syrian L-39 fighter jet. According to the Syrian state news agency SANA, the aircraft was targeted while carrying out anti-terrorist operations in the area.
