Kremlin’s spokesman, Dmitri Peskov, commented about the unconfirmed reports for contact of Russian President Vladimir Putin  with deputy Sergei Katasonov,  suspected  sick by coronavirus. Η Ιταλία ακυρώνει τη συμμετοχή της στην Νατοϊκή άσκηση στα σύνορα με Ρωσία

Η Ιταλία δεν θα συμμετάσχει στην άσκηση Defender 2020, η οποία έχει προγραμματιστεί για τις 27 Απριλίου έως τις 22 Μαΐου, όπως ανακοίνωσε χθες το βράδυ ο Υπουργός Άμυνας Lorenzo Guerini. “Οι άντρες και οι γυναίκες της Άμυνας βρίσκονται σε “πεδίο μάχης”  για να αντιμετωπίσουν,  την έκτακτη ανάγκη για την δημοσια υγεία και την υλοποίηση των σημαντικών αποφάσεων της κυβέρνησης. Ενώ η Ευρώπη αντιμετωπίζει τον κίνδυνο του κορονοϊού, οι ΗΠΑ μετακινούν έναν τεράστιο αριθμό στρατιωτών, αεροσκαφών και τεθωρακισμένων  στην Ευρώπη. Σήμερα, τα ραντάρ της Συριακής Αεράμυνας  ανίχνευσαν 6 τουρκικά αεροσκάφη F16, 4 τουρκικά αεροσκάφη Phantom και 6 drones (μη επανδρωμένα βομβαρδιστικά) σε απόσταση δέκα χιλιομέτρων από τα σύνορα  Τουρκίας-Συρίας.
